Friendly considerate mature student

Hello, I’m Sam, I'm 34. In September 2023 I will be embarking an a major career change to study full time at the university of Portsmouth. Originally from the south coast but have lived in Scotland for last 5 years. Looking for a furnished room in a homely flat share close to university, preferably with other mature students.

I'm a sociable guy who loves an occasional drink or good coffee and a chat. Generally very chilled and easy going. Evenings at home I enjoy cooking, reading and the odd box set. It'd be nice to have a connection with my flat mate(s) so we could occasionally share a meal or spend some time together but equally I'm very respectful of others' privacy and having your own space. I’m very clean and tidy.
