Room wanted in Leeds

I am a professional female aged 25 moving from Newcastle to Leeds mid october for work. I am looking to move around the 16/10/2019 and have a budget of ?600pcm. Looking for a nice homely flat share, somewhere not too far from Kirkstall which is where I will be working or with easy transport links since I can't drive.

I am very chill, I much prefer a quiet night. I keep myself to myself but I am friendly and always open to being social (get me talking about Marvel or Disney and I wont shut up). I rarely drink so no risk of arriving home in the early hours of the morning, I am extremely considerate, will keep everything clean and love to bake so baked goods will make the house smell nice with bonus treats too :)
