Room for a 35yo, professional. Quite and tidy.

Hello.
I'm looking for a room/studio (flatshare possible).
I'm 35yo, professional, fresh out of my MBA at LBS, quite, and very tidy.

Available to move from 25/08/2019 onward (flexible) and have a budget of up to 1000pcm (preferably less).

Preferred areas:
My workplace is between Old Street and Farringdon, and I'm looking at any location with quick easy transportation there. For example:
The area north of Old Street up to the Overground.
The area between Tottenham Court and Old Street,
Waterloo stetion area.
Finchley Road

I'm a stay-at-home type so the apartment needs to be renovated/new, pleasant and in a nice quite street (very important) with a double size room (preferably en-suite). I prefer not to be on the first floor, but it's not mandatory.
