I'm 30 and I write for tv and theatre.
I'm pretty sociable, friendly, quite chill, independent and like to keep things clean - I like to cook/bake too. I try to see a play once a week or if not, there'll be one or two weeks where I binge the theatre. I've recently begun ice skating lessons at Ally Pally, so practice whenever i get downtime from work.
I don't mind what my housemates interests are to be honest, I get along with everyone. As much as I like to socialise, I also like my own space and can deal with that from my housemate, so I'm pretty easy going.
I'm quite keen to live in East London (hackney, clapton, bethnal green) - used to live there and loved it. Otherwise I'd like to venture to South London (Oval, Brixton, Elephant & Castle).
Very flexible on move in date, could June onwards is fine. Ideally unfurnished but can work around that. Also, very open to pets but not open to living with smokers. And I'm not keen on a party house :)
