Looking for friendly housemates in North Leeds

This is where I come from

Hi there,

I'm a 38 year old Greek massage therapist, living in Leeds since 2004. I like living in shared houses, when it works I prefer it to living by myself, as it's a nice combination of having some people to be sociable with at hand, but also having some personal space when we are tired/not in a particularly sociable mood.

I'm into everything to do with wellness, yoga, exercise, nature, nurturing food, sharing meals, arts, community, volunteering, mindfulness, ...

I do enjoy a good Netflix and chill session too!

I'd like to find one or more housemates that have at least some overlapping interests if possible. I'm vegan, so a veggie if not vegan house would be easier for me. I like making meals to share every now and then, and I'm told I'm a pretty good cook :)

I'm looking for a room somewhere in North Leeds, Chapel Allerton/Oakwood/Meanwood/Head ingley/Weetwood or so. I think the housemates are more important than the house, but a bit of greenery or a view never hurt anyone! I'm not a tidiness freak, I understand we all live busy lives, and can cope with a bit of a lived-in feel to a house. But really I can relax more when everything has a proper deep clean every now and then, and when the space is uncluttered enough to make that possible.
