Friendly guy seeking double room
Friendly and professional 31 yr old (gay) guy in need of a room. Move in between mid/end of May - 1st June with a view to stay long term
I'm British (Northern), I've been in London on and off for about 7years (minus a couple years of travelling).
At the moment I live with 3 girls in Southfields but I'm subletting to help out a furloughed friend and she is coming back next month so it's time I moved on.
I prefer to live in South West/Wast London somewhere between Putney to Peckham, but open to other areas for the right place. Long term preferred.
I work full time from home but slowly starting to return to the office. I worked for a Local Authority.
I'd like a social and homely place, I've anyways lived with mates so it would be nice to keep it that way and make some new ones. Would be good to live people who hangout together sometimes having bbqs, movies nights or the odd sunday roast..
I'm clean, respectful, laid back, and polite.
