Friendly house sought

Hi.. I'm looking to move to North Wales from a life in cities.. London and Birmingham. I'm looking to have the mountains and sea on my doorstep. I'm a friendly, easy going, sociable and youthful guy, left and green leaning. I like the great outdoors and looking forward to living in an outdoor playground! I'm an amateur photographer and I like live music (smaller gigs) and like hanging with friends. I'm looking for a friendly household to join or set up. I'd like to get to know the people I live with and hopefully share some interests. I'm sort of retired (I have a local authority occupational pension) thigh I might be looking to do some part time or casual work in the area.
