Room Wanted in Birmingham, Bearwood or Harborne

Hi I'm looking to move in to Central Birmingham, Bearwood or Harborne.

Im a research and development engineer working just west of Brum. Ideally want a double room with ensuite and desk space, with bills included, a shared living area and car parking space. I am looking at central bham apartment or well furnished houseshares for professionals/post grads near the university.

Im a friendly, clean and sociable person who enjoys the odd shared meal and drink after. Pays rent & bills on time, work 8.30-5 pm. Looking to live with clean & respectful housmates. Any questions are welcome.

I may have 1 or two other roomates (friends) with similar budget willing to group together - for 3+ bed houses to rent.
