I'm looking for a one bedroom property to rent in Bournemouth. )Not too far out from the centre).

I am a mature lady who is very quiet, clean and very respectful, with a very good rental history. All bills and rent always paid on time. References can be supplied if requested.

I claim PIP (personal independent payment, and PIP for mobility and other extra elements.

I would be most grateful if a landlord looking for a trust worthy tenant can help.

BCP Council are offering financial incentives for landlords who would consider me a flat for availiabity.
