Postgrad looking for buddies/flat share or studio!

I'm going to be starting a Masters at Uni Of Leeds, so I'm looking for a few wonderful people to share with or a flat of my own... In case you wondered, I'm 24 years old, female and willing to spend 800 PCM (max, lower is good too). Ideally I would like to be close to the uni + city centre.

I'm just going to put it straight out there - I'm looking for people who are going to be pretty quiet at night - I really need my beauty sleep. If you meet that requirement then read the hell on, if not, now's your chance to leave!

When I'm not sleeping you will find me in 1 of 3 places; uni, coffee shop or gym. On weekends I like to get out and have some fun whether this be travelling, shopping, meeting with friends, etc. I'm not really big on drinking and going to clubs, I'd rather spend my money on dinners out, but I am partial to a glass of wine!
