I really need a place 1 bed flat with garden, long let, in slyfield, guildford for myself and my dog razor he’s a rottie but very gentle house trained, also I’m on Benifits So would be housing benefit, would really be greatful for someone to help please, I get universal credit so could be payed to me and I pay you direct or thay pay you direct, as housing benefit, would like Guildford, slyfield area if possible, my landlord is selling the flat I’m in, so need to by June, with my dog, also sorry I have not got a guarantor but can get a bond many thanks Ria
