Looking For A Double Room - SE London, if possible

Hello! I'm looking for a large-ish double room :) I'm currently in Crofton Park/Honor Oak Park, and I really want to stay in this area if I can 😌 I'll consider venturing East too.

About me:
I trained as a classical violinist but I'm now a researcher in performance science, I work at the Royal College of Music as well as doing some ad hoc bits and pieces. I'm 27, and admin-wise, I can provide references, deposit, UK citizen, guarantor if needed, so it should be easy.

I love anything music-related (almost all genres), exhibitions, food, markets, easy-going hang out stuff, films, running, photography, sleep 😅, creative stuff.

I've been living in a house of early 30 year olds for a while and I'm only moving because our landlord is selling the house. Before that I've been renting in London since 2015. I like to be social and have my own space too. I work from home and go in. I like things clean and tidy. I'm looking to move by the end of October (I can stall for a couple of weeks, if needed).
