Need a room located in Beverley (HU17) Urgently! Property must be located in HU17 and NOT in Hull, thank you!!! Please is there anyone willing to consider renting me a room!
I’m a 48 year old man who have worked in management construction for a long time but don’t work anymore due to disabilities. I’m trust worthy, reliable and I can provide character references if needed.
Paying rent is no problem and I have rented room until very recently.
I truly need a room urgently so I don’t have to live in street...
Would love a en-suite but it’s not a must. I’m very quiet and like things organised and tidy. Love animals and if you have dog(s) I wouldn’t mind helping out.
If you need other help around the house I can help out to since I can most construction trades, but don’t have any tools.
All I need is a room and bathroom with Internet and I’m fine and you will hardly know I’m there.
PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE THAT WOULD RENT ME A ROOM? Walking distance to Beverley Center would be great since I have no car.
