Searching for QUIET room on behalf of a relative

(Note before reading! Only willing to live with FEMALES)

Hello,

My name is Sophie, and I am helping my mum search for a room as she is struggling to do so on her own.

My mum's name is Emma. She's 54 and is currently unemployed due to a variety of health conditions. I will not disclose them myself (she will disclose relevant information when talking to landladys about a room), however her conditions affect her ability to work and so, she is finding it hard to find employment that suits her. Therefore, it must be noted that she is currently on benefit, and this cannot be an issue for any landlords willing to provide her a room.

My mum is an extremely organised, tidy, clean, respectful person, who values her own space and is very much in need of a room in a QUIET house or apartment in an equally quiet area.

We have taken rooms together in houses through SpareRoom in the past, but have sadly had very bad experiences - this covers a mixture of messy houses, noisy neighbours, overly nosy landlords, and lack of freedom within the house.

Therefore, my mum really wants to live somewhere quiet, and somewhere she feels at ease rather than feeling she is getting in the way or cannot do what she wants in the place she calls home.

As I said, my mum is tidy. She will always keep her own room clean and organised, as well as all communal areas. In the evening, she enjoys reading or watching TV, so she won't be noisy late at night (and will appreciate not having neighbours or fellow tenants that are noisy either). She likes to go out for walks and do easy exercises that keep her moving and getting fresh air. She also loves to cook, so full and free use of the kitchen and all its utilities will be of a great help to her.
Also, as she is actively looking for work, she will need full and free access to the property 24/7.

Given all of this, my mum only wishes to live with females. Ideally, however, she would like to live in a property with a liveout landlord, so that she can fully have her own space and freedom within the property - and she'd ideally like to be the only tennant in the property too. Although she is a kind, friendly and sociable person, she is at a stage in life where she very much values her own space.
