Long-term Double room /en suite?

Hi, I'm currently working at Lancaster hospital and have a flat within walking distance. I'm looking for something long-term and rural so I can pursue some other hobbies.

I am looking for a furnished/unfurnished property for myself, contemporary /traditional in style, preferably self- contained or large enough not to be claustrophobic!

My wish list would include
* a fully equipped kitchen, Aga & dishwasher if possible?
* broadband
*outdoor drying space
* garden space/ access to nearby sailing ( beginner in the making)

I am happy to share with someone (including people, pets, plants!) who may travel for work and would like security of knowing that there's someone at home who is responsible and can cope in most situations. I enjoy cooking and would offer to make evening meal/ stash the freezer with homemade delicious meals or do additional housekeeping/ironing in return for stylish accommodation at reduced rental...?

I enjoy a tidy home and strive to keep clutter to a minimum. I sometimes sew, so a large kitchen table would be good too!

I am willing to act as Housekeeper for property that may be left empty for a period, weekends, working away or whilst travelling or selling. Genuine references of similar situations readily available, to show honesty and integrity whilst looking after other people's property and animals.

This arrangement may suit an older person who travels regularly and would like to know there's a capable person in and around the house, if they are at home or not.
