Double room required

Hi, I?m looking for a cat friendly house share, preferably a double room, en suite would be nice but not essential with parking (allocated space or on the road) within driving distance to Croxley Park where I work full time. I can provide a reference from my current landlady if required. I do smoke but I?m happy to do so outside so don?t expect to be able to do so indoors. My cat is 11, house trained & very friendly. He has a scratch post so won?t scratch furniture or carpets, he is up to date with flea treatments etc, I?m happy to pay additional deposit should you be worried about opening your home to a cat, he tends to go out when I?m out & come in when I?m home.
