PhD student seeking en-suite single room

I am a final year PhD student needing new accommodation from Sep 2022 for at least 6 months (but this will probably end up being 12 months) within the City Centre area of Coventry (southside-closer to the train station), Earlsdon or Canley; preferably close to bus stops, the train stations or within walking distance of the University of Warwick.

The minimum requirements I need are a single bedroom (potentially with an en-suite). If there is no en-suite, then the property would need to have multiple bathrooms (such as 2 for a 4 bed house).

A washing machine is essential within the property, as is an oven. I get I should not need to ask for these things, but you would be surprised how many properties have external shared washing facilities that require payment and some properties only have a microwave/microwave oven.

As far as other tenants go, I am happy to share with either male or female tenants currently residing in a property that need a new recruit in September, or to join in with a search for a house from scratch.

Desirably these students are postgrads, as my days of house parties every night are behind me haha, but I do not mind some more reserved/mature undergrad students. This isn't to say I do not like a party now and again, but I'm not looking for solely a party house.
