Dear future room mates/ landlord,

my name is Franzi and I am currently living in an apartment paid by my company.
Unfortunately this arrangement is going to expire soon and now I am looking for a flat to share with nice people or an apartment.

In the past I have always been sharing flats and I am looking forward to do so again.

I am working for an insurance company in the city and like to do do sports, read, have nice dinner and do shopping in my free time - best case, I am doing this with my friends here.

For sharing a flat cleanliness is as important for me as tolerance and respect for each other.
