38 year old Male seeks a single or double room

I am a male aged 38 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move in immediately. I am currently in receipt of Universal Credit due to suffering with Depression and Anxiety so will be claiming Housing Benefit. I would happily pay a top up, ideally I am looking for property in the region of £90-100pw. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 20 and 55 years old. I enjoy listening to music of most kinds and also like to watch or listen to my beloved team playing football COME ON YOU CLARETS. I'm single so no other half to worry about calling round. I'm really easy going and really don't mind/care what anyone else does or wants to do. Although i will interact and converse with other housemates I keep my self to my self a lot of the time and will spend a lot of time in my room but if you wanna party then party as much as you like, as long as I'm not being bothered then crack on. Once we've had time to get to know each other then i'll occasionally show you all what a real party is. I'm really easy to live with and most of the time you probably wouldn't notice if I was in or out. I'm also a really tidy person and always clean up after myself, some might say I'm a bit OCD when it comes to tidiness but that's just me. So what can I say, like I've said I really don't mind or care what my housemates get up to, the only thing I ask is that ppl treat me in the same way they'd expect me to treat them and that we live in a clean and tidy house.
