We are 2 female students hoping to find another 2 individuals, either friends or not, to fill 2 spare bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house.

We are laid back, clean and tidy girls, who sometimes enjoy a night out or just have a cosy girly night in.

Two fully furnished attic double bedrooms available for 2020/21 (52 week contract). The available bedrooms are fully furnished with good quality matching furniture consisting of:

v Desk, chair and study lamp

Situated in a cosy 4 bedroom house, with 2 good sized bath/shower rooms, located just off Ecclesall Road.
5-10 min walk from SHU Collegiate Campus. 8 min bus ride into the City Centre.

The house is beautifuly decorated and furnished. Large 6 seater dining table and 2 comfy leather sofas within the shared living area. Fridge freezer and washer/drier in the kitchen. Both available bedrooms are situated by themselves on the top floor with closest bathroom just down the stairs.

We are 2 female 3rd year students studying BSc Child Nursing and BSc Physiotherapy.

All bills included as well as Sky TV and broadband. TV licence also included.
