Hey my name is anita fretwell 23 years old working professional part time at lincoln odeon. Im looking for a house with a spare double room for £400 idealy with an ensuite
i have 2 previous land lords and a current landlord (current tenancy ends 20th may 2022) if references are needed im more than happy to give them to you. I know im 23 but i moved out when i was 19 and have 3 recommendations including current landlord.
Ideally would love center of lincoln or st catherinnes/newark road.
Curently in need of a new room asap so when i view if i like then i can possibly pay rent on the spot. Guaranteeing that room to me
Im genrally a quiet peaceful tidy clean person and is bubberly once you get to know me. I love reading books and going for random walks
