Looking for a house or flat+/-buddy up/house share

Important: Must be Liverpool, or closely surrounding area, and near Merseyrail public transport is a big plus.

Please note: The budget limit is oriented on what I would like to spend if I rented a house or flat by myself.

I am moving back to the UK after a few years abroad.

I am looking for like minded people for a house share. I love animals but do not have a pet (a pet is not a problem for me personally at all!!) I am looking to share with max. 2 people. I'm a non-smoker.

I have lived in house shares for a long time during my student years, looking for a house share potentially again now as I'm new to Liverpool.

Accommodation could be part furnished but no problem if it's a proper new start/buddy up and things like white goods etc still required.
