Looking for flat/house share in/around Leeds

I’m looking to either sub-let for a couple of months, for a short term (one month) contract or for a longer term contract. My current contract ends on 10th July so needing to move out before then - I was looking with 2 others but have not had much success and my time is running out!!

I have recently finished my undergraduate degree (BSc Genetics) at Uni of Leeds and have received an offer of employment with Leeds Teaching Hospitals so will be starting imminently. I am good at getting on with people and making friends and have a good sense of humour, I like pub nights and nights in all the same (I don’t often go on nights out but will join in with any pres!). Some of my ‘hobbies’ include cross stitching and awful TV shows (think Riverdale), I’m also very into music so go to gigs when I can. I am very respectful of where I live and other people’s spaces (I am a neat freak but in a chill way haha). I have a decent makeup collection including ~glitter~ if that’s a selling point.

My preferred areas are Kirkstall, Headingley, Burley, Chapeltown/Chapel Allerton and Armley (basically anywhere I could easily get to either of the hospitals!). I prefer smaller houses over larger houses, looking to pay £500pcm (including bills) maximum.
