Looking for a studio/1 bed house

It's Vicky(26) and Adrian(33) here.
We are currently looking to relocate as we live in Luton at the moment. We'd like to move into a studio or a 1 bedroom pl, preferably with a small garden as we have a sweet, little dog. We both study and have jobs. We are flexible so we can get on with some easy-going and tidy flatmates or can buddy up. :)
