Moving to Brighton with my cat!

I will be new to Brighton so looking for a place to live with people I can call friends vs passing ships in the night. Ideally with one or two other people.
I enjoy a mix of 'doing'/ socialising and then retreating and being introverted...kinda 50/50!
I have my own business and will be doing a mix of working from home and working out of the house (I am a holistic consultant and pattern cutter).
I love nourishing meaningful conversations, belly laughing, walks in nature and having a kitchen dance party to name a few!
I appreciate a clean and tidy house (my virgo rising!) and are looking for people who have the same values when it comes to this.
