I am relocating from Portsmouth to County Durham area. I need to rent a room for a minimum two months. I plan to look longer-term to buy a property in the area so need a base first.
I am a professional in IT software and I work from home so need fairly fast and reliable internet and a decent mobile phone signal. I am clean, tidy, easy to get on with and respectful of others.
