I am a mature masters student studying part time for 2 years at Plymouth College of Art,
Looking for a room in close walking distance from PCA , Beaumont Park / Lipson .
I won?t be in much sometimes only one night a week
- mainly to sleep !
And other than a shower in the morning , won?t be needing much .On road parking a bonus , prefer to share with women.
I?m good fun and like a glass of wine some nights ,but will probably just keep myself to self and won?t do much cooking, may even eat out some nights .
I am also advertising to rent a room out in my home and will be based there
