Undergrad looking for a place
Undergraduate at ARU studying Animal Behaviour. Soon to be 21, mature for my age.
Don't like smoking, drinking or going out. Have a pet dog who lives in Cornwall, would like a place that may allow him to visit me/stay a few days every so often but I understand if that is not allowed.
Willing to help around the house and do chores/tasks.
I get up very early (05:30) to go to the gym or work, but am considerate of other people and always try to be as quiet as possible when moving around.
I would like a social, but quiet, place, where there is not much loud noise after 21:00.
Ideally, would prefer to live with mature people.
