Seeking a 3 to 4 months rental

I will be in Sunderland for a period of 3 to 4months and seeking a large double room preferably downstairs but not essential. Need a quiet house with parking at least nearby and more than one bathroom or 1 bathroom between 2 rooms. I am easy going. I dont like mess. I am a professional person who is decent and kind. Although I do smoke this is strictly outside. Seeking a quiet professional household to move into around 25 July in Sunderland or surrounding areas.
