Poetry publisher seeks nice quiet room in Norwich

I am an author, writer and publisher; I publish international poetry anthologies, and run a well-known poetry platform (search THE POET magazine). I am also putting together a book titled 'Poetic Norfolk', as well as occasionally helping other people independently their own books too. Recently separated, I am in my late 50s, so looking for a large quiet room, preferably in a house with just one or two other older professionals (too old now to live in a busy, noisy household). I work from home a lot of the time, so the room needs to be large enough for a desk and chair, and of course have good internet access.

My interests are books … of course!, As well as art, walking, nature, galleries, good movies, more nature, more books and learning Italian.
