Rural place needed

I am a professional, looking for a place in the countryside, ideally within a 35 minute commute to Broughton in Furness. A converted self contained space in a farm building/barn would be ideal. My job is secure. I would like a room/home away from city life. I would be bringing my daughter with me who is 9 (she attends a local school) - we can share one room if required or happy to negotiate two rooms/self contained space if you have that available. We are very easy to live with, quiet and respectful and can provide references from our previous landlord. We can be vegetarian if you are. We will likely not stay in the property over the weekend, so really need a place from Sunday night to Friday afternoon. We like board games and spending time outdoors.
We can move in any time and require somewhere ideally until at least July 2022.
If you need your house/pets looking after we are happy to consider all offers.
