Professional FIlmmaker looking for new flat/room

My name is Amanda, and I've been recently looking for a new living situation. I have lived in Edinburgh since 2017. I went to Uni of Edinburgh for my masters (as a mature student) and currently live in Leith near the shore area. I've recently uncoupled from my long time partner, and I was looking to find a new roommate for this place I am in right now (which is still a possible situation) but have recently had a bit of a change of thought in that process to move perhaps. I am originally from the states (Florida), but lived in NYC for quite some time before moving here. I have had lots of roommates over the years (NYC rents :)), and I certainly am friendly, respectful, but often keep to my self in share situations.

For work, I am freelance filmmaker and I run a small company dedicated to putting on film events of all sorts in Edinburgh. I am quite free to come by and check out the place or do it via Zoom etc. at your convenience.
