Professional Person Wants Room to Rent

Hi all,
If you or a friend have a spare double or good sized single room available to rent please contact me. I came to Norwich October last year with no real idea of whether to stay on longterm. However I really like the area and may eventually get my own place but no rush. I particularly like the southern end of Norwich, Hethersett, Wymondham, basically anywhere within a reasonable distance around the southern end considered. Little about me - I'm 57, male, currently a mature student so will be quite busy with that. I'm trustworthy, friendly, considerate, helpful and very much enjoy the great outdoors. Because I need to study I would need good speed internet, a desk & chair and fairly quiet day time. I'm happy to have a more in-depth chat about me and what my short to medium term intentions are but nothing yet set in stone. I will need to move in by 2 July latest.
