25 year old professional looking for accommodation

My name is Matt, I'm a 25 year old civil servant.
For the past year I've been living with some mates who are now all loved up and are moving in with their respective significant others.
I am therefore looking for somewhere to live longer term from the end of August.
I am a sociable bloke, I play rugby and enjoy keeping active where possible, I like trying new things and am always open minded to new experiences, I also enjoy having a good time with a few beers and good company and i would say that I drink in moderation but I don't fully understand what that means.
I also enjoy relaxing, I read alot and enjoy having my own space from time to time.
I am a clean and tidy person, and I'm sure everyone says this but I hope it reassures you that you won't be seeing my underwear strewn all over the place. I wouldn't want to subject anyone to that.

I am looking for a sociable place to live where everyone gets on with each other, has their own social lives but is also willing and comfortable to hang out with each other as well.
