Professional Male, 31. Double Room Wanted

I'm Dan, 31, keen cyclist/runner/outdoorsman/big ol' lefty. I also love to garden when I have access to one and like the idea of growing my own food. I come with plenty of houseplants. Mainly veggie but not puritanical with others who aren't. Currently living in Catford but looking mostly towards Peckham as there's so much more to do.

I'm a social worker in Bromley but work well not to bring the difficult work home (even when I'm working from home). I don't drink but have no opinions on those who do either way though perhaps prefer not to be in busy situations where drinking is the central focus. I can still be found in the pub for football matches with pals though (COYS).

I'm looking for a double room preferably in a two bed with one other person. Would very much prefer not to live with a couple. I'm tidy (actually love a good deep clean from time to time) and like to respect others I live with by keeping mess to a minimum and always cleaning up after myself. Both sociable and private, I like to spend time with people I live with and bond but also to enjoy my own company doing all the things I love from playing guitar (headphones inc.), knitting, reading, cinema and exercising (not a gym nut!). Other interests include art, psychology/psychotherapy, neuroscience, and particle physics.

I have a partner who does not live with me but who I would like to have visit at weekends (usually alternating between our respective places).

Good landlord references, solvent, pay all bills and rent on time etc
