I am a new postgraduate student looking for a room to rent for from September 2020 to September 2021. I would like to live relatively close to the University, King's Manor area in particular. In my ideal home pets are allowed but it's not necessary.
I would feel more comfortable if I lived with other postgraduate students who would also study at home. I am very neat and and respectful of common areas.
