I am a professional male looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 11/7/20 and have a budget of £650pcm. I don't smoke or drink, not a party person or a late sleeper. I like meditation, yoga and English Breakfast tea.
I also play classical guitar and do daily voice exercises for up to 25 minutes - but only at sensible times during the day/office hours.
