Looking For A New Home

Thanks for taking the time to read my post,

My name is Raymond, 27 and I’m looking to move to the London area. I currently reside in Kent but due to work needing to be undertaken on the property, I have to find somewhere else to live so I’m looking for a new area and place to call home. Full disclosure, Corona hasn’t been great time for anyone in the slightest, that being said I am currently in receipt of DSS/Universal Credit so would require a property that reflected the local housing rates of the property I moved to. I am of course happy to pay a small top up if the case presented itself.
I’m a respectful, tidy tenant would who is very personable and happy to socialise with anyone but I also quite content to just keep myself to myself.

So a little about me,
I am a Gay Male so any LGBT houses would be great but happy to live with anyone really.
My hobbies include Ps4 Gaming, Social Nights and Social Media like TikTok (I tend to dance or be silly lol).
