Looking for a room - Liverpool City Centre L1,2,3

I am due to be moving to Liverpool to start a new project with work for 6-months and am looking for somewhere to stay ideally in the L1, L2 or L3 postcode areas. I previously worked in Liverpool so am not totally new to the city.

I am a graduate and work in the Technology and Digital space for a large multi-national manufacturer. I work normal daytime hours Monday to Friday and may occasionally work from home a couple of times per month.

I would say I am pretty normal. I have a group of friends in the city already and like to socialise at the weekends. I am a considerate and friendly person and would love to live with someone who is clean and tidy like me. It would be nice to live somewhere that everyone treats like a "home".

An ideal house-size would be no more than 3-bedrooms, and I am flexible on the en-suite preference.

I am looking to move in early September but can be flexible for the right property/flatmates, and will be in Liverpool 21 -23 August for house-viewings.
