Seeking double rook for a couple

Hello!

We're a young couple looking for a local house to share. We would ideally like a double room with an ensuite (but would consider shared bathroom if the house was ideal).

We both work full-time and I am also a student so we won't be around that often!
We're quiet, considerate, non-smokers and no pets.

We're ideally hoping to share for at least 6 months until I finish university. We would be using this period in order to save up for a deposit for a mortgage.

We would consider most areas within the north east but most desirable locations are Saltburn, Marske, Guisborough, Redcar. Possibly also Stockton and nice quiet in Middlesbrough.
