Young professional seeking room for 6+ months

Looking for a place to stay around Pool, Cornwall, for the next 6 months to possibly a full year. The closer to Pool the better but happy to look at places in Falmouth or Truro.
Ideally I want to move in asap but will wait a few weeks for the right deal. My budget ranges from £350-600pcm depending on the property and billing situation. Goes without saying but the higher the rent the more I expect from the property (parking, garden, room size etc.).

A bit about me, I'm a 24 year old professional with interests in running, football, reading, Netflix and going to the pub (when they're open). As a housemate I'd be sociable but quiet, clean and respectable to all others in the house. It would be desirable to have other flatmates with similar qualities and interests to myself.
