*** I Particularly appreciate, Landlords, that like to give the benefit of the doubt to people, without wasting time over References or Income proofs.

Although, I have no negative records, firstly because of the job and course I do.

I appreciate, landlords that don't rely on people pasts experiences or other people interpretation, of their potential tenants.

Due to being an aspiring Therapist too, I am an advocate, of being Non-Judgemental to others, get to know others, by your self, rely on information gathered in first person etc.
Just the same way, there's not the perfect friend, perfect mother or perfect son, there is not a perfect Landlord or perfect Tenant, just humans having to develop a relationship and understanding***

I am a student of Operating Department Subject (Surgery and Anesthesia related stuff) this is, withing the NHS.

However, I also work for the Ambulance and Security Fields, part-time / occasionally.

I am an Ambi-Vert, Professional, Reserved, Polite, Considerate and *Very Clean* at all times.

My main interests are,

Subjects related to Science, from:

Astronomy, Thermodynamics, Physics, Neuroscience, Biology, Renewable Energy etc.

to more organic and theoretical subjects such as Spirituality, Counselling, Philosophy & Cultures.

I am Vegan 🌱, but I DO NOT, impose such diet on anyone 🙂.

I am an Ambi-Vert, therefore prefers,

To spend majority of the time to be on my own, however I am equally able to hold and unfold a conversation, and certainly prefers to listen more and would always try to help if others are in need.
