Dear Sir/Madam, I am a 54-year-old male and work in Huddersfield. I am looking to move to the area. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, currently single and no children. I require a quiet household. The reason for moving is noisy neighbours and I want to be closer to work. Excellent employment and landlord references are available on request.
