Looking for someone to rent big house with

Looking someone to buddy up with!! Would ideally like a detached house with 4 bedrooms so there would be plenty of space. I've seen a couple of really nice houses Bt4 area which are around £1650 a month, so we would each pay 825 a month. I'm a head chef working in Belfast City centre. I'm easy going, open minded, tidy, Hot Yoga goer and I have a wee Persian cat called Claude who is the biggest chiller and no bother at all.
