Looking for double room in Halborne or City Centre
I am looking for a double room in a shared flat or house. My budget would be around 550/600 everything included (550 if I need to take public transport daily)
– Preferred location: Close to Halborne High St or in the City centre. I want to at walking distance to services (shops, bars, restaurants), with easy access to the University of Birmingham (walking or biking or by public transport), where I'm going to work.
– Number of flatmates: I guess I don't want to share with more than 2 other people, but that depends on how the place is arranged. En-suite room, and shared balcony/patio or garden would be a plus. Also, I'd be happy if the place has a cat!
– Life-style: I'm quite quiet and will probably work from home often due to Covid. So I'd like to live with quiet people as well, but still friendly and sociable! :)
