Working professional looking for roommate

My name is Andrei(if it's easier, you can call me Andrew) and I'm an engineer in food science.
I've just arrived to the UK to work as a Meat Hygene Inspector for Eville&Jones(my activity will be at Dalehead Foods, Pilgrim's Pride LTD Spalding, Lincolnshire-PE126EP Area code) and I want to rent a house/flat that is located at a distance of no more than 50 minutes away from my workplace). Also, I'm interested in a en-suite room, fully furnished: the kitchen should have pots, pans, cutlery. The room should have pillows, sheets, blankets, etc.
Due to the nature of the job, I'll often have to wake up early in the morning, that's why I'm looking for a roommate without bad habbits, e. g: making noise (like listening to music or having parties in the evening or morning, etc).
I'm an open minded person, I like to socialize, to respect and be respected as well. Of course, during weekends, when there's time, we can enjoy a pint or a couple more, maybe a barbecue, etc.
