Hi, I’m looking ideally for a 1 bed property or annex type not a room in a shared house. Ideally in the Taunton area or surrounding. Would be looking for a minimum 6 month tenancy agreement. I’m not currently working due to health reasons, not that it should matter, a lot of people are at a crossroads in their life since Covid. Covering the rent is no issue and I’ve had good jobs before with the NHS and private healthcare companies. I’m a respectful person who looks after their home. If needed I can pay rent upfront and the usual deposit etc. I can also provide a tenancy reference and a character one.
