NQT teacher looking for a flatmate

hi, im entering into my NQT year as a secondary school teacher in august and am looking to find a buddy up with one other person or a large 1 bed flat to rent in the dundee area. Im sociable but chilled out and enjoy an environment where people can come socialise or for meals but not a full blown party house as ill be working full time during the week. I enjoy being outdoors whenever i can and love kayaking, hiking, camping, spending time exploring and generally being out of the hustle and bustle of the city at least once a week. id love to find a flatmate who has similar interests and would like to spend time chilling in the flat and maybe go for hikes in the sidlaws or cycle around the local forest parks etc with me. i like things to be kept relatively clean and tidy but i dont mind things like coats or laundry drying, outdoors kit beside the door etc as long as the whole house isnt a mess where we cant find anything. my preferences for a flat or house share would be a bathroom with a bath, preferably a gas hob, car parking, a living or dining area for socialising and perhaps a spare room for storage or for a small office space but that last part isnt essential just a preference. i haven't got any pets but im considering fostering dogs for the local animal shelters so a flatmate who would be amenable to having a dog around would be great, or alternatively if you have dogs feel free to message me as i love them and would treat them like a king or queen in the house!
