Quiet but sociable guy seeks a home

I've a pleasant easy going personality; and able to relate to and get on with adults of all ages and backgrounds, having worked in customer services for a number of years. I'm house trained, (albeit now divorced) and respectful of others. I love cycling and getting out and about, but equally (especially in cold weather) enjoy a night in watching TV. Playing online chess occasionally is a hobby that interests me too.
I'm seeking a double room with space for me to put my belongings and settle in comfortably: a long term home. Married life was brilliant at times, but with 3 daughters it was hard at times too. So I'd now prefer male house mates so l'd no longer have to make an appointment to use the bathroom, or suffer menopausal moods etc.
My potential house/flat mate can expect to receive respect for his space and preferences, and help with keeping the place clean and tidy. I'm a quiet person, so would be unintrusive too. Once settled, I will be looking for part-time work.
