Looking for a professional buddy up/house share in York

Hi, I'm Jo. I'm a 29 year old teacher looking for a buddy up/house share in York (preferably the Southbank area but I'm willing to be flexible).

I'd like to live with 1 or 2 like minded females, no massive house shares please. It would be great to buddy up and have a look for a suitable place together but I'm open to joining an already established house share too! I'm looking for a clean, well presented home.

It would be an amazing bonus to find flatmates who can also become friends. I am sociable person, love a meal out/trip to the pub (when allowed) and exploring new places. However, I am equally happy spending evenings in front of the telly and always respect when others want privacy. I'm a decent baker too!

My move in date is set for the start of April but I am fairly easy when it comes to dates so don't let that put you off! I do have a car so would need space to park but I don't mind paying for a permit if need be.
